Polyester 100% solids liquid coatings cure instantly under UV light, enabling maximum production speed and efficiency with minimal energy use. This solvent-free technology emits zero VOCs or HAPs, supporting compliance with global environmental standards. The coatings allow for immediate stacking, handling, or packaging after curing, making them ideal for high-throughput operations. They provide a high-gloss, crystal-clear finish suitable for both decorative and protective applications and perform well on a wide range of substrates, including those sensitive to heat.

The PH Series offers an efficient alternative to traditional bake systems, enabling instant curing with UV light.
