The Protech Group is excited to announce the acquisition of Loes Enterprises, Inc., based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Loes is a prominent custom compounder of PVC plastisol and related products. This acquisition, effective September 5, 2025, marks a significant advancement in our ongoing growth and diversification strategy. Protech anticipates leveraging the strong business relationships that Loes Enterprises has cultivated over the years with its clients.
The manufacturing operations of Loes will be integrated into Chemionics (Specialty Material Division of the Protech Group) located in Tallmadge, Ohio, which specializes in bespoke Plastisol and Latex formulations, acquired in 2017.
