Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Thermoset Powder Coatings are specialized coatings designed to safely dissipate static electricity from surfaces, thereby protecting sensitive electronic components and reducing the risk of sparks in flammable or explosive environments. These coatings maintain a controlled surface resistivity, typically in the range of 10⁵–10¹² ohms/sq, to ensure effective static dissipation without interfering with electronic functionality.

ESD-KOTE coatings are designed to protect sensitive electronic devices from electrostatic discharge. Acting as a protective barrier, these coatings effectively dissipate static charges, ensuring the safety and security of electronic components. The substrate must be conductive and adequately grounded. Additionally, ESD-KOTE provides exceptional surface durability, hardness, and remarkable physical properties.
