Thermoset Power. European Precision. Sustainable Future.
Thermoset powder is heated and melted onto a surface, creating a lasting chemical bond. This cross-linking process forms a solid polymer network, imparting significant strength to the cured material. Since this process is irreversible, the coating cannot be remelted. Typically, thermoset powder is applied in a layer ranging from 60 to 100 µm. Powders are composed of 99.98% solid materials, making them environmentally friendly. No detectable levels of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) are emitted during the manufacturing and application processes of powder coatings.
Our European facilities produce five varieties of thermoset powder coatings: Epoxy, Hybrid, Polyester, Polyurethane, and Fluoropolymer. Protech Group Europe specializes in formulating high-performance thermoset powder coatings designed for durability, visual appeal, and environmental compliance on all metallic surfaces.
