On December 30^th, 2021, The Protech Group officially acquired the specialty materials business of Dyvex Industries, based in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, USA.

Dyvex Industries is globally recognized for its advanced plastic compounds used in fragrance, flavor and odor control applications. Its two flagship technologies—Polyessence® and IonicGuard®—have set the standard in scent delivery and malodor neutralization:

• Polyessence® delivers dry-to-the-touch plastic pellets infused with custom solid fragrances and flavor concentrates.
• IonicGuard® offers powerful odor control by neutralizing properties through proprietary ingredients that bond with malodor molecules at a chemical level.
