Overview

High Performance. Low Bake.

Manufacturers are increasingly aware of how product materials and processes, including coating finishes, influence energy consumption and environmental sustainability. Additionally, businesses recognize the challenges posed by rising energy costs and ongoing supply issues, prompting a need for innovative approaches in a world that prioritizes its future.

LB-SERIES™ is a specially formulated thermoset powder coating solution designed to lower baking temperatures and reduce curing times, resulting in less energy usage and faster production, without sacrificing performance. This unique system allows curing temperatures to be approximately 30 to 60°C lower (ranging from 140°C to 170°C), leading to energy savings and cost reductions of up to 25%. Furthermore, adopting LB-SERIES™ enhances productivity with an average 20% quicker cure time.
