Strengthening Our Powder-Coating Footprint in Europe.
On September 11, 2020, the Protech Group acquired ACG Industries’ powder coating division in France, reinforcing its presence in the European powder-coating market.
The acquisition included the full line of powder-coating manufacturing equipment, which has since been relocated to existing Protech Group production sites across Europe. While the equipment changed hands, the team previously working in the coatings unit was successfully repositioned within ACG Industries.
